Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the mirror in its original double-walled box with all protective foam inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned item for any signs of use or damage, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
